Terms of Service

1. Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling either branch directly. A confirmed appointment reserves a specific time slot and stylist for you. Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your service is available.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of management. Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All service prices are communicated before work begins. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, and complexity. Any additional treatments or services will only be performed with your explicit consent and agreement to the additional cost. We accept cash, bank transfers, and POS card payments.

4. Service Expectations

We strive to deliver results that match your reference photos and expectations. During your consultation, your stylist will discuss what is achievable based on your hair type, condition, and length. If adjustments are needed, they will be discussed before proceeding.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify your stylist immediately or contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss a resolution, which may include a complimentary correction.

6. Liability

Make Me Beauty Place takes every precaution to protect the health and safety of your hair. However, clients are responsible for disclosing relevant hair history, including previous chemical treatments, allergies, and scalp conditions. Failure to disclose this information may affect results and limits our liability.

7. Personal Belongings

While we maintain a safe and clean environment, Make Me Beauty Place is not responsible for personal belongings left at the salon. Please keep your valuables with you during your visit.

8. Children

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during their visit. We welcome children for hair services and ask that supervising adults ensure their safety within the salon.
